When will my request be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from Madrid, Spain. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days from the order date and will ship either the same day or the day of processing. Please note that orders are not delivered on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-5 business days to process your orders (this depends on the shipping rate you have chosen). After that, it will take 12-20 business days for delivery within the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Will I be charged taxes and customs?

Prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US dollars, which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order if you are found outside of Spain. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be collected once your order reaches its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
